Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, determine diagnoses, implement treatment plans, prescribe medical treatments, and manage acute and chronic health issues for outpatients in collaboration with physicians. Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care, facilitate necessary consults, and serve as an interdisciplinary consultant and patient advocate. Extend patient care and administrative services while maintaining strict confidentiality and demonstrating effective communication with co-workers, management, and the public. Work autonomously and within the multidisciplinary health team to provide care for patients and families with various health needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
- Master's Degree in Nursing – Family Medicine
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Arkansas
- APRN License
- Three (3) years of nursing experience
- 1 year of APRN experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic or Nephrology
- Master's Degree – Physician Assistant
- 1 year of PA experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic or Nephrology clinic
Desired Qualifications
- DNP
- 3 years of nursing experience
- 3 years of APRN experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic, or Nephrology clinic
- 3 years of PA experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic, or Nephrology clinic
