Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive family medicine primary care in a new outpatient facility, managing a diverse patient population with a focus on social determinants of health. Deliver high-value, team-based care within an academic setting that integrates clinical quality improvement, population health, and educational scholarship. Collaborate with physicians trained in sports, sleep, functional, and addiction medicine while leveraging ties to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center for research and teaching opportunities. Maintain full APRN or PA licensure in New Hampshire, including Federal DEA registration and BLS certification, to support these responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
- National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
- BLS certification
