Job Summary
Neonatal APRN or Neonatal PA needed for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Level IV NICU. Responsibilities include clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants, education, administrative duties, consulting, and initiating/implementing research. Collaborates with medical, nursing and support services to provide family-centered care and engage in ongoing professional development. Work hours encompass rotating 10-hour day shifts and 16-hour night shifts; relocation assistance available for moves >50 miles. Requires clinical Master’s degree (or DNP) and current Florida licensure as APRN or PA, BLS and PALS (NRP alternative for NNP), national neonatal certification, and at least one year NICU experience as PA/NNP (RN NICU experience for new grad). Sponsorship not offered. Eligible candidates may expect competitive compensation aligned with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, or Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
- Current FL State Licensure as an APRN or PA
- Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP)
- Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA
- Must have at least one-year of NICU experience as a PA or an NNP, NICU RN experience if New Grad.
