Job Summary
APRN Hospitalist provides advanced inpatient care including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management. They order and interpret diagnostic tests, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help coordinate admissions, daily care, and discharges. They educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, and may perform bedside procedures, all while supporting high-quality, evidence-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (AGNP, FNP, or ANP)
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- DEA
- CSP
