Job Summary
Provide outpatient evaluation and management of patients with general neurological disorders, diagnosing and treating conditions including neuropathy, headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular issues. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care while maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC. Participate in call rotation as required and engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education. Work 36 clinical hours per week plus four administrative hours, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Join a collaborative, patient-centered neurology team dedicated to improving the health of Southern New Hampshire residents.
Required Qualifications
- APRN or PA
- Eligible for or active New Hampshire state APRN or PA License
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- 36 clinical hours with 4 hours of administrative time
- Participating in call rotation as required
