Provide comprehensive, adult patient-centered care across the lifespan, including health promotion, disease prevention, acute and chronic disease management, and coordination of care. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while implementing treatment plans and prescribing medical treatments in collaboration with designated physicians. Work autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team as a health care resource, interdisciplinary consultant, and patient advocate. Coordinate multidisciplinary care, facilitate consultations, and ensure timely, appropriate care. Interact with patients and the public professionally, maintaining confidentiality and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and ancillary departments.
