Job Summary
Set up new Caseware binders for client-facing teams, including trial balance import and grouping. Convert financial statements from Word/Excel into Caseview and verify appropriate configuration for CCH Workflow and Suralink software. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned while utilizing strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. This role requires a 2-year associate degree or equivalent experience and proficiency with Caseware/Caseview software. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and organizational abilities. The position involves a hybrid schedule of two days onsite and three days work-from-home, initially requiring two months onsite at the Clark or Makati site.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong computer and technical skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Amenable to work day shift starting from 6:30 AM-3:30 PM PHT
- Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site
