Job Summary
Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for US real estate clients by preparing work papers, adjusting trial balances, and compiling financial statements into written reports. Review procedures assigned by supervisors and create relationships with coworkers and clients while maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using auditing software such as CaseWare or IDEA, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 1–2 years of auditing experience, and familiarity with US GAAP and GAAS standards. Candidates must be amenable to a shifting schedule including mid-shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM PHT. Initial placement involves two months onsite at the Clark or Makati site, followed by a hybrid arrangement of two days onsite and three days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an auditing role
- Solid understanding of auditing and accounting standards (US GAAP and GAAS)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively and professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated team collaboration and leadership abilities
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Amenable to work mid shift starting from 3 PM-12 AM PHT
- Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site
Desired Qualifications
- CPA & Certification Assistance and Bonus Program
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (CPA track is a plus)
- Real Estate or affordable housing industry experience
- Familiarity with accounting/auditing software and programs e.g., CaseWare, Suralink, IDEA
