Job Summary
Prepare client financial statements; act as the primary point of contact in the Philippines for a portfolio of clients; maintain and review General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; oversee year-end review and 1099 process; review month-end financials; build relationships with clients; provide leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports; manage system approvals for business applications; participate in onboarding/offboarding of team members; delegate tasks to ensure balanced client assignments; collaborate with U.S.-based Manager on project progress; conduct monthly internal training; perform performance evaluations; participate in meetings; review processes and identify improvements; create new processes to streamline tasks and maximize efficiency; qualifications emphasize proficiency with Xero/QBO, NetSuite advantage, and 5-7 years US accounting experience.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience with Xero and QBO
- Experience in NetSuite is an advantage
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5-7 years of US Accounting Experience
- Strong accounting skills
- Ability to work in a remote team organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent, resourceful, self-starter; and also a team player
