Aprio PH - Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager will lead a high-growth, nationally recognized CPA advisory firm’s accounting team, driving accurate financial reporting and a diligent month-end close. Responsibilities include ensuring timely month-end close and report submission, performing variance analysis and financial reviews, maintaining correct GL and cost center coding, performing Balance Sheet reconciliations with complete supporting schedules, planning efficient month-end closures, and supplying accounting details for external audits. The role involves collaboration with the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting during reviews and audits, guiding the GL team and supporting senior leaders, and contributing to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in full-cycle accounting/compliance, and proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP). The role favors a hybrid schedule and accommodates a night-shift arrangement.
