Job Summary
Prepare, generate, and deliver tax engagement letters using firm-approved templates, client data, and workflows. Review engagement letter information for accuracy and completeness, then coordinate with tax professionals, administrators, and operations team members to resolve missing information and ensure timely delivery. Track engagement letter status, follow up on outstanding items, clean up and validate data across applications, and assist the Tax Operations Team with data projects. Secure and protect Personally Identifiable Information. Available to work overtime (evenings and weekends) as needed. Required Qualifications
