Job Summary
Conduct personal and telephone client orientation to clarify internal and external inquiries, escalating complex cases to team members as needed. Draft documents, spreadsheets, and system entries to support area routines, while organizing files into proper sequences for preservation and retrieval. Deliver documents to institutional dependencies following required protocols to maintain control, and assist in related administrative tasks. Complete the apprenticeship course per institutional guidance.
