Conduct in-person patient attendance, managing check-in queues, scheduling, and directing patients through the facility while ensuring cordiality and efficiency. Provide telephone support by answering inquiries, supplying information, and routing requests to appropriate departments. Assist with administrative routines including document organization, agenda management, and updating records within internal systems. Maintain the reception environment to ensure a functional space for both patients and staff. Register all relevant information according to established procedures. This entry-level role supports the AFIP mission of improving Brazilian health through science and care, with a focus on serving the SUS system.
