Job Summary
Design and develop the AppShell framework as the front-end layer of the AI Native Headless ERP platform, focusing on TypeScript, React, and Vite-based rendering optimization. Define coding structures and API designs that facilitate collaboration between AI agents and humans, while building custom routers and application execution models. Optimize build performance and enhance developer experience, contributing to open-source quality and community growth. Leverage tools like Claude Code and Copilot to streamline development workflows within a fully remote, flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- TypeScriptでの開発経験
- React / Viteに関する深い知識
- Node.js または deno_coreへの深い理解
- SDKなど開発者向けツールの開発経験
- OSSへのコントリビューション経験
- 英語:CEFR B1以上

- フロントエンドフレームワークの設計・開発経験
- ルーター / 状態管理 / レンダリングなどの内部実装に関する知識
- パフォーマンス最適化(レンダリング / バンドル / 起動速度など)

- Coding Agent(Copilot / Cursor / 自作Agent等)を活用した開発経験
- フレームワーク開発志向
- Reactなどのフレームワークを深く理解している
- Next.jsやViteなどの内部実装や設計に興味がある
- 「アプリを作る」より「アプリを作るための仕組みを作る」ことに興味がある
- AIネイティブフロントエンド
- Copilot / Cursorなどを日常的に活用している
- AIが生成しやすいUI構造やコード設計に関心がある
- 人間とAIの協調による開発スタイルを前提としている
