Job Summary
Lead Apps Support with cross-team collaboration to ensure integrated functions, identify system enhancements, analyze complex business processes, and document requirements. Acts as an advisor/coach to analysts, influences strategic technology decisions, and manages risk and security considerations to safeguard Citi’s systems and reputation. Responsibilities include partnering with multiple technology areas, working with Product Owners and Analysts to define system impacts, and driving compliance and governance practices while delivering high-impact application enhancements in a fast-paced financial-services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
- Experience 6-10 years in technology roles
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience with requirements gathering for large development projects
- Proficient with basic technical tools and systems
