Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer leadership role focused on designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD infrastructure (Tekton, Harness), managing OpenShift platforms at scale, automating provisioning with IaC, and building observability with Prometheus/Grafana to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure development and production environments. Responsibilities include collaborating with development teams for a developer-friendly platform, providing technical oversight across multiple infrastructure and development domains, guiding platform engineering strategies, managing risk and compliance, and leading initiatives to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and code quality. Qualifications include 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Tekton/Harness, IaC, observability stacks, scripting, and strong communication. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering
- Hands-on working experience with container orchestration using OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Strong, demonstrable experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Tekton and Harness
- Extensive experience with observability and monitoring stacks, including Prometheus and Grafana
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Podman) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lead large infrastructure projects and ensure reliability and security
