Job Summary
The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of development procedures to identify system enhancements, consulting with users and other groups on issues, applying programming knowledge to design specifications, analyzing applications for vulnerabilities and performing testing and debugging, serving as SME to senior stakeholders and guiding less-experienced analysts, and exercising independent judgment while driving risk-aware, compliant delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
- Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in programming with Java and .Net languages
- Use of AI tools as Copilot or another
- Experience on Agile and CI&CD pipeline
- English Intermediate
