Job Summary
Apprenticeship Development Specialist responsible for supporting the development and implementation of apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs, managing data across the lifecycle, enrolling participants, coordinating with workforce partners, and ensuring data integrity. Key duties include CRM data management, participant enrollment and case management, collaboration with business solutions teams and local employers, development of communication strategies for apprenticeships, coordination of sector-level activities, regular data audits, and ongoing support for career planning through programs like WIOA and ABA. Requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to travel up to ~30% within southwest Michigan. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred; two years of related experience desired.
