Job Summary
Apprenticeship in Data Analyst within the HRIS team to support HR data analysis and decision-making. Responsibilities include data cleaning, structuring, and enrichment of HR datasets; data comparison and production; dashboard creation using Power BI or similar; participation in project phases (data cleaning, report automation); development of KPIs and applications; automation and scripting with Python or VBA; supporting users of reporting tools; improving data quality; and contributing to continuous improvement, all under mentorship. Starting September 2026 for a 1-year program, with emphasis on data processing, HR analytics, and training.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in data science, statistics, business intelligence, or HR with a strong interest in data (HR management)
- Proficient in Power BI and Excel (complex lookup, filters, and conditional formulas, pivot tables)
- Interest in SAP and Oracle
- Solid foundation in Python and VBA
- Analytical mindset, thoroughness, self-reliance, organization, and confidentiality
- Proactive with strong analytical skills
- Working-level English is required
