Job Summary
Experienced Health & Social Care Assessor delivering Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications across a nationwide footprint, with a focus on learner progression, robust quality assurance feedback, stakeholder engagement, and adaptable delivery using digital tools. Responsibilities include building employer relationships, planning and implementing learner progress reviews, managing cohorts toward business KPIs, maintaining learner documentation, reporting on administration and assessment, safeguarding reporting, contributing to self-assessment processes, and participating in regular team meetings and CPD. Essential skills include excellent communication, digital literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint), strong administration, punctuality, motivation, and a proactive, professional approach to learner progression and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Assessor Qualification - D32/D33/A1 or TAQA
- Health and Social Care Level 3 (minimum) qualification
- Full driving licence, willing to travel
