Apprenticeship Assessor for Health & Social Care delivering Level 3 or Level 5 programmes to learners nationwide. Responsibilities include building relationships with employers, maintaining learner progression documentation, planning and conducting progress reviews, providing robust quality assurance feedback, adapting delivery to individual learner and employer needs, managing cohorts toward business KPIs, participating in training and team meetings, ensuring accurate reporting and learner administration, and safeguarding reporting. Essential skills and qualifications include an Assessor Qualification (D32/D33/A1 or TAQA), Health & Social Care Level 3 (minimum) qualification, driving licence, and strong digital literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to travel and operate in a remote, nationwide environment is required. Personal qualities: confident communicator, passionate about learning, professional, resilient, self-motivated, team-oriented. Prior elderly care experience (1 year) and relevant assessor experience (1 year) are requested. Salary levels reflect Level 3 (£27k) and Level 5 (£30k) with performance bonuses; regional uplifts may apply. This is a full-time remote/opportunity with nationwide locations.
