Apprenticeship Assessor Health & Social Care L3 or L5- Nationwide Locations

Apprenticeship Assessor role across Health & Social Care programmes at Level 3 or Level 5, with nationwide locations and remote options. The role involves delivering Health and Social Care qualifications, using digital technology, building relationships with employers, maintaining learner progression documentation, planning and conducting learner progress reviews, providing timely quality assurance feedback, adapting delivery to individual learners and employers, managing cohorts toward KPIs, participating in team meetings and CPD, and handling learner administration/reporting. Requires Assessor qualifications (D32/D33/A1 or TAQA), Health & Social Care Level 3 (minimum), a driving licence, strong administration/organisational skills, and digital literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Salary available at Level 3 (~£27k) and Level 5 (~£30k) with potential regional uplifts and performance bonuses. Must be confident, professional, resilient, self-motivated, and a team player with the ability to travel as needed.
