Apprenticeship Assessor Health & Social Care L3 or L5- Nationwide Locations

Seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor (Level 3 or Level 5) to deliver HSC programmes nationwide. Responsibilities include delivering Level 2–3 qualifications for Level 3 assessors and Level 2–3–5 for Level 5 assessors, building employer relationships, maintaining learner progression documentation, planning and conducting learner progress reviews, providing timely quality assurance feedback, adapting delivery to individual needs, managing cohorts toward business KPIs, participating in trainings and team meetings, organizing learner administration and assessment records, reporting safeguarding issues, contributing to CPD and self-assessment processes, attending monthly 1:1s and annual appraisals, and engaging in continuous professional development. Required qualifications: D32/D33/A1 or TAQA, Health and Social Care Level 3 (minimum), driving licence, and relevant assessor qualifications. Strong administration, digital literacy (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint), and effective communication with internal/external stakeholders are essential. Salary: Level 3 £27k per annum (+ up to £12k bonus); Level 5 £30k per annum (+ up to £12k bonus); regional uplifts may apply. Willingness to travel and a national remit are noted.
