Job Summary
Nationwide Health & Social Care Assessor role delivering Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications. Responsibilities include building relationships with employers, maintaining learner progression documentation, planning and implementing learner progress reviews, providing robust QA feedback, adapting delivery to individual learners and employers, managing cohorts toward KPIs, and engaging in CPD. Essential experience includes an Assessor Qualification (D32/D33/A1 or TAQA), Health & Social Care Level 3 (minimum), proven administration and organisational skills, digital literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), and willingness to travel with a full driving licence. Salary levels listed: Level 3 around £27k with up to £12k bonus; Level 5 around £30k with up to £12k bonus plus regional uplifts.
