Job Summary
Deliver Health and Social Care Level 3 and 5 qualifications while maintaining learner documentation and planning progress reviews. Build relationships with employers and adapt delivery styles to suit individual needs, ensuring robust quality assurance feedback is provided timely. Manage cohorts towards business KPIs and standards, organize learner administration and assessment reporting, and report safeguarding issues to the Safeguarding Officer. Contribute to the MVRRS Training self-assessment process, attend team meetings and monthly 1:1s, and engage in Continuous Professional Development. Full-time role nationwide with Level 3 salary of £27k plus up to £12k bonus, or Level 5 salary of £30k plus up to £12k bonus, including regional uplifts. Requires driving licence, relevant assessor awards, and one year of elderly care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Assessor Qualification - D32/D33/A1 or TAQA
- Full driving licence
- Elderly care: 1 year
- H&SC Assessor (primary assessor on full qualifications): 1 year
- Driving Licence
- Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA)
- Health and Social Care Level 3 (minimum) qualification
