Job Summary
Health and Social Care Assessor needed to deliver Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications nationwide. Role involves delivering Health and Social Care programmes with effective use of digital tools, building relationships with employers, maintaining learner progression documentation, planning progress reviews, providing timely quality assurance feedback, adapting delivery to individual learners and employers, managing cohorts toward KPIs, participating in training/meetings, and ensuring proper learner administration and safeguarding reporting. Essential experience includes D32/D33/A1 or TAQA assessor qualification, relevant Health and Social Care qualifications (Level 3 minimum), strong administration and organisational skills, digital literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), full driving licence and willingness to travel. Salary options at Level 3 (£27k) and Level 5 (£30k) with potential bonuses and regional uplifts. Remote options indicated, nationwide locations, and a stay-active CPD/continuous development mindset.
