Job Summary
Deliver Health and Social Care programmes as an Assessor at Level 3 or Level 5, with responsibilities across learner progression, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Build and developing relationships with Employers; maintain documentation on learners’ progression; plan and implement learner progress reviews; ensure timely quality assurance feedback; adapt delivery to individual learners and employers; manage cohorts toward business KPIs; participate in training, meetings, and CPD; ensure reporting and recording related to learner administration and assessment is organised; report safeguarding issues; contribute to self-assessment; travel as required and maintain professional standards. Essential skills include strong administration and organisation, digitally literate with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, confident communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel with a full driving licence.
Required Qualifications
- Assessor Qualification - D32/D33/A1 or TAQA
- Driving Licence (required)
- Health and Social Care Level 3 (minimum) qualification
- Experience: Elderly care 1 year (required)
- Experience: H&SC Assessor (primary assessor on full qualifications) 1 year (required)
- TAQA/D32/D33/A1/CAVA/TAQA (assessor awards) (required)
