Job Summary
Nationwide Health & Social Care Assessor role delivering Level 3 or Level 5 programmes. Build relationships with employers, maintain learner progression documentation, plan and implement progress reviews, provide quality assurance feedback, adapt delivery to learner/employer needs, manage cohorts to KPIs, participate in training/meetings, ensure accurate reporting/recording of learner administration and assessment, report safeguarding issues, contribute to CPD, and travel as required. Essential experience includes an Assessor Qualification (D32/D33/A1/TAQA), relevant qualifications, strong administration/organisation skills, digitally literate with MS Office, and a full driving licence. Salary Level 3: £27k + up to £12k bonus; Level 5: £30k + up to £12k bonus; regional uplift applicable in some areas.

- Health and Social Care Level 3 (minimum) qualification
- Driving Licence (required)
- H&SC Assessor (primary assessor on full qualifications): 1 year (required)
- Elderly care: 1 year (required)
- Proven track record in terms of person with the sector
- Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
- Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA) (required)
