Job Summary
Deliver Health and Social Care Level 3 and Level 5 programmes while maintaining learner documentation and planning progress reviews. Build relationships with employers, adapt delivery styles to individual needs, and ensure robust quality assurance feedback is provided timely. Manage cohorts towards business KPIs, organise assessment reporting, and report safeguarding issues to the authorised Safeguarding Officer. Contribute to training self-assessment, attend team meetings and monthly 1:1s, and engage in continuous professional development. Requires a driving licence, relevant assessor qualifications, and one year of experience in elderly care or H&SC assessment. Full-time role with a performance bonus scheme.
Required Qualifications
- Assessor Qualification - D32/D33/A1 or TAQA
- Full driving licence
- Elderly care: 1 year
- H&SC Assessor (primary assessor on full qualifications): 1 year
- Driving Licence
- Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA)
- Health and Social Care Level 3 (minimum) qualification
