Job Summary
Health & Social Care Assessor role delivering Health and Social Care programmes at Level 3 or Level 5 across nationwide locations, incorporating digital delivery, learner progression, quality assurance feedback, and achievement of business KPIs. Responsibilities include building relationships with employers, maintaining learner progression documentation, planning and implementing progress reviews, reporting and admin related to learner assessment, safeguarding reporting, contributing to CPD and team meetings, and adapting delivery to individual learner and employer needs. Essential experience includes D32/D33/A1 or TAQA, Health & Social Care Level 3 minimum, strong administration and organisation, digital literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), full driving licence, and willingness to travel. Strong communication, motivation, professionalism, resilience, teamwork, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude are required, with the role offered as Full-time with potential salary bands at Level 3 (£27k) and Level 5 (£30k) plus performance bonuses and regional uplifts.

- Elderly care: 1 year (required)
- H&SC Assessor (primary assessor on full qualifications): 1 year (required)
