Apprenticeship Assessor Health & Social Care L3 or L5- Nationwide Locations

Health & Social Care Apprenticeship Assessor (Level 3 or Level 5) is sought to deliver Health and Social Care programmes nationwide with remote-enabled work. The role involves delivering qualifications for Level 3 assessors and Level 2/3/5 for Level 5 assessors, building relationships with employers, maintaining learner progression documentation, planning and conducting progress reviews, ensuring timely quality assurance feedback, adapting delivery to individual learners and employers, managing learner cohorts toward KPIs, participating in training and team meetings, organizing learner administration and assessment reporting, reporting safeguarding issues, contributing to CPD, effective cross-organizational communication, and supporting continuous improvement. Essential qualifications include the D32/D33/A1 or TAQA assessor qualification, Health and Social Care Level 3 (minimum), a driving licence, and relevant assessor awards. Personal qualities include confident communication, professionalism, resilience, self-motivation, team orientation, and drive to succeed. Salary arrangements note Level 3 at £27k/year with up to £12k bonus and Level 5 at £30k/year with up to £12k bonus; regional uplifts apply in some areas. Remote work is available; location noted as England (West Berkshire) with nationwide scope.
