Job Summary
The Apprenticeship and Program Operational Coordinator will manage apprenticeship data and program operations, coordinate data collection/reporting for SUNY and grant-funded programs, support Continuing Education program staff with development, delivery, and assessment of education/training programs, maintain course and attendance data, assist with FAFSA/Workforce Pell/Part-time TAP applications, liaise among students, instructors, and program coordinators, and support SUNY registration and class engagement. Responsibilities include updating database records, ensuring data integrity, reporting to SUNY, coordinating grants data, notifying instructors of attendance, and participating in college-wide operations to support students, faculty, staff, and community members.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent credentialing and at least 2 years of experience in a professional administrative role
- Experience with databases
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Interpersonal skills preferred
