Job Summary
Perform basic maintenance and part replacement procedures by observing, assisting senior technicians, and asking questions. Develop skills in diagnosing and repairing DFL trailer components while effectively performing PM inspections and service calls. Execute other maintenance duties as necessary and actively participate in the care and upkeep of the shop, grounds, and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe environment complying with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, and proficiently record all work and labor in the EMS system. Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure proper inventory levels of materials and supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Fluent in English
- The ability to perform routine physical tasks associated with equipment maintenance and repair in a Service Center and Shop environment
