Job Summary
Perform construction duties on a daily basis to support expedited commercial deployment of services as directed by Supervisors. Assist with tower construction, antenna and line installation, and read site plans and tower drawings. Distribute and organize tools/materials; analyze job requirements with Construction Supervisors/Foreman; complete work efficiently; maintain a safe job site with properly installed safety barriers. Willingness to work overtime including weekends and evenings; complete SBA Tower U training; travel up to 90% domestically; physically capable of climbing to heights up to 500 feet; operate a company vehicle if required. Emphasis on teamwork, safety, and hands-on learning through a two-week training program and ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED preferred
- 0-2 years general labor, construction or relevant experience
- must possess physical ability to climb to heights up to 500 feet
- Domestic Travel 90% of the time
- Valid Government Issued Driver's License
