Job Summary
Apprentice position in hairdressing offering an 18–24-month training journey with TONI&GUY. Work full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts aligned to salon hours. Includes fully paid hairdressing training and the opportunity to pursue the TONI&GUY Vardering program at the London Academy, plus 28 days of paid annual leave and regular complimentary Cut & Colour services. After completion, potential global career advancement across roles from Salon Management to Franchise Partner and Support Office Management. Responsibilities include acting as a brand ambassador, delivering professional shampoo treatments, welcoming clients, and maintaining salon presentation. Enrolment into the apprenticeship is contingent on completing an 8-week fixed-term Salon Support placement for assessment. No prior experience required; training provided.
