Job Summary
Entry-level Apprentice Technician role at BMW Service Team providing hands-on training under experienced technicians; duties include assisting with vehicle inspections, maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems under supervision, performing routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations, completing multi-point inspections, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, completing required brand training, following dealership policies and safety guidelines, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to complete pre-employment requirements (background check, MVR review, drug screening)
- Automotive vocational training or enrollment in an automotive technology program preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
