Job Summary
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance on Audi vehicles as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions, execute repairs, and document all work performed. Road-test vehicles when required and examine cars for additional safety or service needs. Notify the service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within promised timeframes or if further work is recommended. Save and tag parts under warranty or per customer request. Utilize mentor guidance, attend factory training, and keep abreast of technical bulletins. Ensure customer vehicles remain clean and follow all safety policies. Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
- Monday thru Saturday availability
- Sundays off
Desired Qualifications
- Audi (or German brand) Certified
- ASE Certifications or trade school certification
- 1-2 years of mechanic or automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
- Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
