Apprentice Teacher

Assist lead teachers with instruction, classroom management, and student support while working directly with students in small groups. Help track academic data and reinforce high expectations for learning and behavior. Engage in frequent coaching, observations, and professional development to build skills for advancing into a lead teaching role. Support rigorous, joyful classrooms in our college-preparatory charter schools within a mission-driven, equity-focused environment dedicated to making a meaningful impact on historically underserved communities.
