Apprentice Teacher

Assist lead teachers with instruction, classroom management, and student support while learning best practices in a mission-driven, equity-focused environment. Work directly with students in small groups, help track academic data, and reinforce high expectations for learning and behavior. Receive frequent coaching, observations, and professional development to build skills for advancing into a lead teaching role. Make a meaningful impact on historically underserved communities within rigorous, joyful classrooms at Uncommon Schools' college-preparatory charter schools.
