Job Summary
Apprentice Teacher position offering hands-on classroom experience in a leading charter-management organization. Responsibilities include observing and learning from Master Teachers, co-teaching with teacher-leaders, providing substitute coverage, tutoring and small-group instruction, assisting with enrichment activities, planning and delivering instruction as needed, and developing mentoring relationships with students. Opportunity to take on increasing instructional responsibilities and become a strong candidate for a full-time teaching position. Bachelor's degree required; strong communication with children and collaborative, mission-driven mindset emphasized.
