Job Summary
Conduct 4 or more creative on-site surface repairs daily using a custom tool-kit and a unique 5-step process. Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management while updating progress notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool. Communicate with the support team to resolve questions and problem-solve repairs across varied settings like apartments, hotels, and construction sites. Match colors precisely and utilize provided tools to complete fixes that typically take less than an hour. Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or painting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
- Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
