Job Summary
Apprentice role focused on hands-on surface repair tasks with a customer-service emphasis. Duties include displaying world-class customer service to tenants and property management staff, tracking work progress in the dispatch tool, and communicating with the support team. You will learn and apply our 5-step repair process, use your toolkit to solve repairs creatively, and utilize color-matching skills to identify, compare, and recreate colors. The role emphasizes on-the-job training, a structured four-week track, and paid training with no weekends or evenings, plus benefits including PTO and holidays. A background in hands-on work (construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies) and color-matching ability are required.
