Job Summary
Assist in handling reservations and bookings, provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities, and check guests in and out. Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries while coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information. This role is open exclusively to Indonesian citizens with a minimum of one year's experience in the hospitality industry and requires excellent English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Open exclusively for Indonesian citizen
- Minimum 1 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree is desirable
