Job Summary
Perform part inspection and documentation to achieve 100% quality production in the Stamping Department. Conduct audits of materials, manufacturing processes, and Statistical Process Control charts using precision equipment like micrometers and digital height gages. Identify and report nonconforming products while creating and filing inspection logs. Assist with First Article Inspections, Gage R&R studies, and capability studies. Participate fully in the three-year in-house apprenticeship program by attending on-site classes and engaging in on-the-job training. Work rotating daylight, afternoon, and midnight shifts.
