Job Summary
Assist the Purser with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing inventory onboard the cruise ship. Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally, while managing cash transactions such as currency exchange and advances. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures, and maintain a clean work environment. Participate in safety drills and attend training programs to enhance onboard operational skills. Must be fluent in English, willing to live onboard for extended periods, and possess strong organizational abilities to work effectively under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Must be willing to live and work onboard a cruise ship for extended periods of time
