Job Summary
Cut fresh fruit and vegetables, maintain sanitation and food safety standards, and ensure product freshness upon delivery and restocking. Monitor produce rotation, update signage, and maintain department appearance while delivering exceptional customer service. Perform all-purpose tasks across the store, including the Deli, based on daily needs. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for eight hours, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Local candidates only.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for unique, fresh food and a team-centered attitude
- Ability to identify quality or freshness of produce by sight or smell
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand upright up to eight hours per day
- Available to work a flexible shift, including some evenings, weekends, and some holidays
