This role includes a 12-week paid training period and continual education through the company's plumbing school, with pay structured on a commission basis plus a guaranteed minimum hourly rate averaging $55,000-$100,000 annually. A valid driver's license and excellent communications skills are required, while mechanical aptitude is desirable.
