Job Summary
Inspect, install, modify, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in gas, water, and drainage systems according to applicable building codes for single-family residential or multifamily housing. Read blueprints, complete quality control sheets, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing subcontractors. Build and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and learn necessary tasks from all phases of plumbing under the guidance of journeyman plumbers. Work 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.

- Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managers
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to follow directions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic that you display daily
- Ability to work 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and an occasional Saturday
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects, typically up to 50–75 lbs independently
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces (like crawlspaces or attics), and kneeling or crouching for extended periods
- Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small tools and components with precision
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–12 hour shift, often in varying weather conditions or non-climate-controlled environments
