Job Summary
Operate a company service vehicle with minimal supervision while performing commercial repairs, service, boiler maintenance, and mechanical installation. Carry out daily duties using personal basic tools and demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer service skills across commercial building facilities. Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and protocols while communicating professionally and respectfully with clients. Provide criminal reference checks and driver abstracts as part of the application process.
