Maintain department cleanliness, ensure proper segregation of materials, and verify raw and packing materials in SAP. Monitor dispensing, granulation, compression, and coating activities against planned schedules while coordinating with QA, QC, Stores, and Engineering departments. Implement QEHS policies, investigate nonconformities, and conduct root cause analysis for identified problems. Train operators on GMP, hygiene, and SOPs; allocate manpower to meet monthly production plans; and update KPIs and batch records in SAP. Ensure preventive maintenance of machines and coordinate external instrument calibration. Report near misses to HR and safety, and request BMRs/BPRs from QA as needed.
